The use of iCloudCity.com Online website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using iCloudCity.com Online website you agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions.
Registration
Registration provides a unique identification for each shopper, and helps us trace all orders in cases where there are queries or problems.
Registration is simple and done only by individual shopper. The shopper must provide a unique email and Password. The email and password will be required for login to iCloudCity.com Online.
Users may choose to buy products online however, registering offers the user the immediate benefit of 250 Reward points worth SGD5.00 that can be used immediately for your online purchase.
Any changes to details provided during registration must be updated by informing iCloudCity.com Online or via our website.
You will be asked to provide a Password upon registration, this Password must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed or shared with anyone. You will be responsible for any purchases and activities that are submitted under this Password.
iCloudCity.com Online reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate registration of individual and corporate member immediately at our discretion.
Delivery Operations & Returns Policy
Deliveries are available in Singapore mainland. There are 3 modes of transport :
Korean Inbound Products
For Korean Products, shipments are shipped directly from Korean and customers have to pay the shipping charges based on the quantity. Please note that customers will have to opt for this shipment option if the purchase contains Korean Products, otherwise, it will be considered void.
These shipments will take 5 working days subject to customs, excluding Sat, Sun and Public/Bank holidays, from date of purchase (day 0).
*For a limited time, we are giving a 80% off on the delivery charge which is $1 per item charge (According to EMS, it will charge $25 for 5 items delivered). These terms of postage do not offer shipment tracking nor warranties for lost deliveries due to nature of the local mail transportation mode. As such, customers will bear the loss/damage if it happens. In the event that any issues occur with Shipping, iCloudCity.com staff are committed to do our best to assist in resolving the issues where possible with the customer.
Free Delivery in Singapore
- Within 3 working days (day 3), excluding Sat, Sun and Public/Bank holidays, from date of purchase (day 0) if order is made before 2pm SG time (day 0)
- These shipments are used for packages lower than 2Kgs. It does not include Proof of Delivery (POD). The shipments are delivered by SingPost via Local Mail as such there is no Proof of Delivery available. Pls note that customers who opt for this shipment option choose this delivery option subject to terms of carriage of SingPost. These terms of postage do not offer shipment tracking nor warranties for lost deliveries due to the nature of the local mail transportation mode. As such, customers will bear the loss/damage if it happens. Do note that SingPost delivery standards are over 98% within Singapore. In the event that any issues occur with Shipping, iCloudCity.com staff are committed to do our best to assist in resolving the issues where possible with the customer.
Express Delivery in Singapore
- Next day (day 1) delivery if order is made before 2pm SG time (day 0)
- Otherwise delivery on following day (day 2)
These shipments are trackable and will be covered by our no questions asked exchange policy*
International delivery
Note that we do not have International deliveries for now but this will be updated shortly and we expect to have this service very soon.
Stock Unavailability
In situations of stock unavailability, iCloudCity.com will work towards bringing you a wholesome online experience. If any item you have ordered is not in this confirmation, we will keep you informed of the next available shipment. Should there be discrepancies in items received, kindly send us an email at customerservice@iCloudCity.com or reach us at our hotline, +65 65237595. All issues must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the products.
Returns Exchange Policy:
i) If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged / defective condition or wrong items delivered, exchange of products / refund will be offset in the next order placed. This "refund" will be in the form of equivalent Reward Points associated with the amount paid. These Reward Points can be offset against the next product purchased. The rate of reward points is at SGD0.02 / 1 Reward Point.
ii) If additional/wrong or damaged products are delivered, iCloudCity.com reserves rights to collect the products from customer.
iii) If items are wrongly or short delivered by mistake, iCloudCity.com reserves the rights to refund difference or supply the correct / short delivered item upon customer's future order.
iv) If item is damaged, iCloudCity.com reserves the rights to request for photo evidence. These photos help us to understand the nature of the damage and assist iCloudCity.com to further improve our processes to enhance our customer experience in the future.
v) Other types of requests for exchange will be permissible if made within 48 hours of receipt. However, all related shipping and handling costs to ship your purchase to us and subsequent delivery of exchanged item will be borne by the Customer.
As part of our Returns Exchange policy, we will exchange the same product in replacement for the defective product or alternatively offer an alternate product of similar value in exchange. We do not offer refunds in monetary terms.
Payment and Return Policy
iCloudcity.com accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB,), bank transfers, and PayPal accounts using the industry leading payment gateway PayPal and is compliant to the most secured standards provided by PayPal. Terms and Conditions that apply to PayPal also applies to such payments.
Refunds for Product purchased under promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Exchanges and refunds are subject to the existing terms and policy at ICloudCity.com stores.
Once payment mode has been selected and order has been submitted, any changes on payment mode is not possible.
iCloudCity.com reserves the right to change the mode or method of payment for Products offered online at any time by announcement via its web-site, email blasts and any other means of public communications.
Variation of Terms and Conditions

Warranties
iCloudCity.com expressly excludes all warranties, descriptions, representations or advice rendered as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the Product supplied to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Agent or representative of iCloudCity.com is authorized to make any warranty, representation or statements given as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any condition, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the Product supplied.
Limitation of Liabilities
iCloudCity.com shall not liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages or loss of whatever descriptions. To the extent that iCloudCity.com is liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the Product or any other breach of iCloudCity.com obligations hereunder, such liability shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the Product(s).
Both iCloudCity.com and delivery Company will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of products after delivery. The Customer shall not use the Product in any manner and/or for any purpose for which they are unsuited for and shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the Product. The Customer expressly agrees that iCloudCity.com assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the Products and iCloudCity.com assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. The Customer assumes all risks connected with the use and storage of the Product.
Customer unreservedly acknowledges and agrees that he/she assumes all risk in connection with the use of this site. iCloudCity.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damage or loss of profits or loss of revenue however arising from the use of, access to the site. Without limitation to the foregoing:
