The Requirements

Degree in IT or related fields
Fluency in English, proficiency in MS office applications and a flair for numbers are essential prerequisites.
Meticulous and analytical, possess excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
Driven, passionate and service minded.
Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Skills such as PHP, HTML, Database(SQL/BASE) will be an added advantage.

The Requirements

Degree in Business or related fields
DSM would assigned a specific sales territory which may include specific current growers..
DSM is expected to work with sales team, sales management, agronomists and customer service representatives in order to earn the number one position with the grower.
DSMs will be measured on sales volumes, territory contribution to profit, corn trait mix, grower satisfaction, new grower acquisition, and grower retention.
DSMs will be measured on sales volumes, territory contribution to profit, corn trait mix, grower satisfaction, new grower acquisition, and grower retention.
DSM must learn the ability to place and service products with growers.
